What should I do when the printer does not print after I tap Start on the Touch Screen or click Print on Snapmaker3D?

Make sure all the cables are correctly and properly connected, especially the Module Cable (RJ45) and the Heated Bed Cable (RJ25).

If the real-time temperature of the nozzle or heated bed shown on the Touch Screen is NA, there is something wrong with the connection between the Controller and the nozzle or heated bed. Please check the connection or unplug and plug in the cable again.

Caution: Power off the machine before you unplug or plug in the cable.

If the real-time temperature of the nozzle or heated bed shown on the Touch Screen is changing, the machine is getting ready for printing. The temperature before the “/” is the real-time temperature and the one after “/” is the target temperature. The machine will not move until the real-time temperatures equal to their target temperatures.
